Bill Lynch’s Construction Journey

Bill Lynch’s construction journey began when he started working with his father, William M. Lynch Jr at the age of 15. Bill’s roots began in Dorchester, Massachusetts. The family moved to Central Florida in 1954 where William M Lynch III, aka Bill, graduated from Edgewater High School in College Park, Florida, 1957.

From then, he officially joined forces with his father whose main focus was land development and mass production of residential housing, totaling approximately 2000 homes in the Greater Orlando area. More specifically, the neighborhoods you see off 436 and Douglas Road were built by Bill and his father. There’s even a street named after the family on 436 called Lynchfield Avenue!

Bill hit the ground running and launched his own business in 1961 subsequently obtaining his State General Contractors License. Thus Bill Lynch Additions was born! The name Lynch is and has been synonymous throughout Central Florida with professional quality contract construction and land development services.
